Our Return Policy

At Uncommon Canine Couture Co, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

• Items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Print-on-demand products (unless defective or damaged)
• Sale or final sale items
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or pet use

How to Initiate a Return

1. Please email us at info@caninecoutureco.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please note that created items may have longer lead times for exchanges. Please contact us to arrange an exchange before you ship your item back.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
