At Uncommon Canine Couture Co, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Your premium accessories are crafted to ensure the highest quality.

Processing Times

• Standard items: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Fulfillment and Shipping: These are crafted to order and require an additional 3–8 business days for production before shipping.
• Personalized Dog Sweaters: Delivery time is 9-15 days. Holiday Delivery time for December is 2-3 weeks. 
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

• Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS): 5–8 business days after processing
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing (if offered)
• Overnight Shipping: Next business day after processing (order must be placed by 12 PM CST) (if offered)

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on a few products. If free shipping is offered on a product, it is listed in the product description and special offers section of our site. 

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and select regional carriers depending on your location and the items ordered. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you're interested in international shipping, please contact us at info@caninecoutureco.com, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a resolution.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
