Our Return and Exchange Policy

At Uncommon Canine Couture Co. (UCCC), we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

• Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll make it right at no cost to you, no questions asked.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized Products, unless an error is made in creation or production.
• Final sale items.
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or pet use.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Please email us at support@uncommoncaninecoutureco.net with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Send a picture of the damaged or defective item to: support@uncommoncaninecoutureco.net. 
3. We'll respond within 2 business days, for approved returns and none approved returns.
4. Approved returns an address will be provided or In most cases, no questions asked with photographic proof of damaged or defective item a return is not necessary.
5. If the return is approved and required return instructions and a return label will be provided.
6. Ship the item back using the return label provided.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot accept product changes as our products are made to order.  If there is a production error, please follow the refund process
