Every order is handled with the care your companion deserves. Use the steps below to check your order status and carrier tracking at any time.
1. Find Your Confirmation Email
Your order confirmation email contains your order number and a direct link to your order status page. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
2. View Your Order Status
Click the “View your order” link in your confirmation email to see real-time status, including when your order is fulfilled and shipped.
3. Follow Your Carrier Tracking
Once shipped, a carrier tracking number will appear on your order status page. Click it to follow your package directly on the carrier’s website.
